About

Having worked for more than 40 years in health, education, and mental health, my therapeutic approach is based on developing a collaborative and trusting relationship with my clients. I approach my work with humility; I am deeply curious and compassionate about how to help others find their authentic self and contentment in their life.

I have extensive experience working with older adults dealing with the complexities of aging, loss, health challenges, and transitions. I enjoy working with adults of all ages.

Change is possible at any age or stage of life!
